Urgent care is open from 8am until 10.30am and 2pm until 5pm every day. If you are in need of on-the-day urgent care please call the practice.
Patients will receive a call back from the duty team who may provide advice, a prescription or an appointment.
The appointment may be at one of our other Partnership sites or with our extended hours provider (Southampton Primary Care Limited) at a hub site.
Please note that we do not operate a walk in service at any of our sites.
Routine Appointments are available to be booked from 2pm every day for up to 14 days ahead.
Please remember to cancel your appointment if no longer needed.
eConsults also offer self-help and signposting to free NHS services such as physiotherapy, counselling, and other clinics.
All eConsults will be answered by the end of the next working day.
Please note: we cannot accept repeat medication requests through this service.
Living Well Partnership offers extended hours appointments in the evenings with GPs, Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
Face to face and telephone appointments are available.

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Requests for same day home visits are triaged by the urgent care team.
Please telephone reception between 8am & 10:30am if you require a home visit.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit.
There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Practice.
If you have injured yourself or had a fall but do not need to attend A&E, phone the surgery first for advice.
